Local browser data
The shortlist and comparison tools store selected product IDs in your browser localStorage. They do not create user accounts or send this data to a server.
Resource journey
Guide action links keep up to twenty non-personal content events in sessionStorage for the current browser session. These events contain article, topic, stage and action names; they do not contain form fields or customer data and are not sent to an analytics service by this website. The requirements worksheet keeps its selections in the page and can prepare a downloadable brief or carry them into the enquiry form.
Contact form
The contact form prepares a mailto: email message. It does not submit your details to an application backend.
Micro-ERP requests and contributions
The custom request builder shows a planning proposal before asking for contact details. When you submit with consent, your name, email, optional business name, requirements, proposal and submission status are stored in our Cloudflare database. A proposal email is sent to your supplied address with a copy to the EasyManageX team at appneural@gmail.com. Provider acceptance is separate from inbox delivery. Replies to admin@easymanagex.com are forwarded to the team.
Marketplace requests and quality-review contributions also store your participation role, requested Micro-ERP, workflow, optional related reference, quality-review plan and a versioned lifetime-access policy receipt. These details are used to review the request and agree participation. Submitting does not activate lifetime access.
Stored request records have a 90-day expiry and expired records are removed when the service next processes a submission. Hashed anti-abuse identifiers are removed after their short rate-limit window; raw IP addresses are not stored in the request database. Do not include passwords, customer records or sensitive personal data. Contact admin@easymanagex.com about a stored request or deletion, quoting its reference.
Production requirements
Before launch, publish a jurisdiction-appropriate privacy notice covering analytics, cookies, account creation, purchases, payment processors and support operations.
